Contact Center Administrator

We are looking to hire an individual who will be filling a position in the Contact Center / Customer Service department of Scale Media. We are looking for someone with operations experience and organizational skills to help optimize our department. Experience managing projects and training employees is ideal. A self starter with initiative and capability to find solutions with little to no management is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry for reports / Create Data Models necessary to maintain metrics
  • Create, Maintain and update various spreadsheets in order to provide data to call center staff and management
  • Measure and Monitor operational risks for the contact center 
  • Team with Senior Contact Center Manager to develop and implement new processes to optimize department
  • Assist the Senior Contact Center Manager with project management through various customer service platforms: (Freshworks, Talkdesk, Observe AI) 
  • Manage implementation of department initiatives 
  • Implement training across the department on new processes and procedures
  • Lead meetings as needed with team 
  • Manage product launch calendar 
  • Various administrative duties as assigned by the Senior Call Center Manager

Requirements: 

  • Customer service oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets is a must. Advanced skills preferred.

  • Ability to learn software
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience:

  • Google Suite, Excel
  • 3 plus years of relevant experience
  • Working within a team environment
  • Customer Service Experience a big plus
